About Us
The philosophy of Pathway to Serenity Case Management, LLC is to optimize the Participant’s
life choices and rights, to minimize threats to the Participant’s safety and health, and to provide a
mechanism for managing home and community-based alternatives to institutional care. Pathway
to Serenity Case Management, LLC allows for a range of options based on choice, role, and
responsibility in the decision making process for persons to direct their own home and
community based long term care services through the assistance of a Case Manager for the
services identified as needed in their Service Plan. We strive to achieve this goal by assisting our
clients in fostering independence, safety, and access to services.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide our Participants with better choices concerning their care. To assist
Participant and their families by allowing Participant the opportunity to remain in their homes for
as long as possible verses living out their later years confined to nursing homes.
Our Vision
To help Participants live healthy self-sufficient lives, relieve and/or minimize caregivers stress to
enhance quality of life by providing supportive services, consultation, case management and
family support.
Nickie C. Rogers
Founder & CEO
Nickie C. Rogers is a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in the field of Mental Health. She holds a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from South University, along with additional Master' degrees in Psychology and Health Administration. Currently, Nickie Rogers is pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology at the Modern Sex Therapy Institute. Her genuine concern for people, their emotional well-being, and overall health underscores her dedication.
Nickie's commitment to enhancing the quality of life for others drove her to establish Pathway to Serenity Case Management in 2019. Her vast knowledge and personal life challenges have uniquely positioned her to connect with and assist others effectively.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Nickie finds joy in traveling, spending cherished moments with her family, savoring good food, practicing mindful meditation, and indulging in action-packed movies.
A guiding principle that Nickie lives by is:

Vicky Rhames, M.P.A.
Case Manager
Vicky Rhames, a native of Sumter, SC, serves as a dedicated Case Manager at Pathway to Serenity Management in the same locality. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Capella University, I bring a wealth of academic knowledge and practical expertise to my role.
Throughout my career, I have amassed invaluable experience across various sectors including Mental Health, Early Childhood, and healthcare. In previous capacities such as intake personnel and Family Service worker, I have adeptly facilitated intake and screening processes, ensuring clients receive the necessary support and resources tailored to their needs.
Driven by a profound commitment to effecting positive change in individuals’ lives, I endeavor to streamline their journey towards personal fulfillment and achievement of their aspirations. Beyond professional endeavors, I am a devoted parent to my daughter, Jakaylah Charles, and take immense joy in my role as a grandparent to Tristen and Kaelynn Washington.
In all facets of life, I uphold the belief that "all things are possible with God," guiding my approach with a sense of faith and optimism.
Kadeshia Mack
Case Manager
Kadeshia Mack is a highly skillful professional with years of experience in assisting adults with substance abuse and addiction. Kadeshia has been instrumental in combining various treatments and providing support that enables patients to break free from the cycle of drug addiction.
She finds great satisfaction in aiding individuals to overcome their dependencies both mentally and emotionally. By focusing on relapse prevention and helping patients identify their strengths and weaknesses, Kadeshia effectively reduces the risk of future and generational addiction.
Kadeshia received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Capella University, where she also achieved a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Furthermore, she is the proud owner of MB Arts and Designs LLC, where she delights in hosting paint parties suitable for all occasions.
She firmly believes in the therapeutic power of Art Therapy as a means of self-expression when words fail. Kadeshia aspires to incorporate Art Therapy into her own practice in the future. During her leisure time, she dedicates herself to her daughter and indulges in her passion for traveling.
Her guiding motto is, "Don't allow anyone to place a ceiling over your sky." Kadeshia firmly believes that no goal is unattainable if pursued with consistent effort.
